This is a black rain poncho from FamilyMart. The hood has adjustable elastic, and there's a zipper from the neck to the chest, making it easy to put on and take off. The buttons on the cuffs are subtly FamilyMart colors, which is surprisingly cute. I bought it when I was caught in a sudden downpour, and I've only used it once since then, so I'm putting it up for sale. I'd like to pass it on to someone who can use it.
