The fabric is thick and has a decent weight, making it a sturdy construction. It has pockets on both sides. The color is black. Although it has aged, it's in relatively good condition and I think it can still be worn. It's a large fit, so even those who usually wear a size L might be able to wear it. However, it tends to get lint and pills easily. I will remove as much as possible before shipping. The outer fabric is 90% wool, which is warm, and the fabric is sturdy and of good quality.
