This is a dress and jacket set. Both are size 11. I purchased these separately in the Ion ceremony suit section, not as a set. I loved them, but they no longer fit, so I am selling them. The ribbon is removable. I wore them 2 or 3 times. There is some wear, but I don't see any noticeable scratches or stains.
