They follow the details of the 43-45 khaki, such as side double stitching and urea buttons, and the design, lacking back pockets, is reminiscent of USMC chinos. The waistband is stamped with "western costume co." I understand this to be a company that collects, leases, sells, and reconstructs vintage work and military wear, and I have seen items with the same stamp in vintage shops.
