This is a pair of TUBBS snowshoes. I purchased them new about 20 years ago from a sporting goods store and used them once in Finland, in the Nordic region. You can wear them with snow boots or wellingtons, and the length of the fixing belts can be adjusted, so I think they can be used for a wide range of foot sizes.
