One spoon Made with care by a blacksmith. This is a spoon made entirely by fire forging. We applied the techniques used to forge blades to create this spoon. The groove in the handle, called a "樋 (hi)", is a technique used to give blades strength, and by applying it to the spoon, we have created a light yet strong product.
