Purchased in-store for formal wear, I believe I only tried it on and never had the opportunity to wear it. It has been stored for a long time. The fabric has a glossy sheen, and the ruffles are luxurious. No tag. The collar in the image is standing up, but I don't think it's designed to be worn that way. There are two areas of fabric damage on the left front hem, likely caused during storage. Please consider this if it's not a problem for you.
