This is an obiage (decorative sash) from a while back, used for celebrations. The shibori (tie-dye) part is beautiful, but the red plain fabric at the edges has some tears. Since it will be tucked in when worn, it shouldn't be a problem. Alternatively, it could be used for repurposing. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
