Bubu Arare (Small, round arare) Made from glutinous rice, roasted to a fragrant crisp. Eaten as is, or used as a topping for dishes, as an ingredient in ochazuke (tea over rice), as a garnish in soups, miso soup, and kombu tea, as a coating for fried foods, as a topping for onigiri (rice balls), etc... mixed into salads or cream cheese, as a snack, as an ingredient in sweets. My recommendation is to mix it into ice cream, or use it as a topping for parfaits... It's delicious!
