QUAD CORTEX Acrylic plate hold and protective cover This product is designed to secure an acrylic plate (sold by others) that protects the top surface, sandwiching it with the main unit. It allows you to handle this PC-level precision instrument without directly touching the main unit, making it suitable for use on traditional effects boards, etc. Made from stainless steel 304, 0.6mm thick. Weight: 360g. This cover is manufactured using hairline finish sheet metal. Utilizing the properties of the internal stretch rubber seals, it secures the QUAD CORTEX main unit and the top acrylic material without using double-sided tape, etc., while also protecting the sides and bottom. The design is based on the assumption that a 2mm thick acrylic plate will be used. (The acrylic plate in the photo is from PiPPiN's listing) To firmly hold the acrylic plate and the QUAD CORTEX main unit with tension, it is bent at approximately 89°. Therefore, when attaching or removing the cover, slide it slowly and parallel, ensuring that the QUAD CORTEX main unit contacts each surface of the rubber seals inside the cover. Please be careful not to let the main unit touch the stainless steel parts during attachment and removal. Long oval holes are also provided for the ventilation openings on the sides and bottom of the QUAD CORTEX main unit. Although stainless steel is a robust material, fingerprints, scratches, and dents may occur with prolonged use. Please understand this. It is unlikely that the cover can be stored in the original case when attached, so please confirm this at your own risk. Clear bumper feet stickers and alcohol cleaning cloths, which can be attached optionally, are also included.
