The color is navy, and the fabric is finished in a jacquard weave style, making it look very elegant. Since it has three-quarter sleeves, we recommend wearing a cardigan or jacket from late autumn to early spring. A ribbon is attached at the waist. It was too tight for my daughter, who has a full bust, and since I removed the price tag, I didn't return it and kept it in the closet. It is a home-washable product.
