The battery has been replaced with a new one. The LCD screen has a slight burn-in. A protective film is applied to the screen, and it is clean. The main body, except for the battery cover, has a sheet applied around the buttons and on the back, but the sheet is starting to peel off at the edges. The main body itself has no noticeable scratches or dirt, but there are slight scratches on the corners where the sheet is not applied. Also, the battery cover has slight scratches, the SONY engraving, and a tiny paint chip to the right of the "Y". The main body pouch has some scratches. The box has some scratches, dirt, and tears. There is no inner cardboard box. Also, the serial number does not match the main body. I have not checked the PSP main body itself by removing the sheet, but I think it is in very good condition even if the sheet is removed.
