This is a Matfer Bourgeat 28cm saute pan (also using the name Mauviel, but it is not a Mauviel product). There are scratches from use, but as you can see in the photos, the stainless steel parts don't have any deep scratches yet, and the handle and the base of the pan, which tend to get oil stains, are relatively clean. The rivets also don't have any burnt-on stains, as I always washed them with a scrubbing brush, so they are clean. The rim of the pan at the 5 o'clock position, which tends to get dented by ladles and spoons, has almost no dents. I removed any oil stains immediately with steel wool, so it's clean. Please check the photos. There is no lid, but lids of the same diameter from brands like Vitacraft will fit.
