I purchased this a few years ago. Although it doesn't have tags, it's new and unused. It's new, but since it's a foreign product, there may be some imperfections in the stitching. The design of the neckline and wrists is cute. I've been storing it folded, so there are creases from that. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
