Downsizing my grandparents' belongings. There may be a smell of cigarette smoke or wood burning from a wood stove. There are no noticeable stains, but there is some dirt visible on the underside. I am a novice inspector, so I may have missed something. Also, I have a dog, so I will be careful, but there may be some dog hair mixed in. Please consider this before purchasing.
