This adorable, round copper kettle is likely from around 80 to 100 years ago. In photo 6, the dark color shows the kettle before polishing. It has a water leak. Photos 8 and 9 show that the handle joints are loose, but not to the point of detaching. Photo 10 shows what appears to be a maker's mark, with a character that looks like "ヤマ" and "サ". The handle doesn't stand up on its own and lies down. The lid knob spins rapidly when turned. I polished it because it had verdigris and a dull color, but I couldn't get to every detail. Please understand that this is an old item, and you may need to repair the water leak or use it as an objet d'art.
