Purchased in January 2023 and used for approximately one and a half years. It has been used with care, so the overall condition is very clean. Unused items are as shown in the photos. There is some sun fading, but it's hardly noticeable during use. The white stain in the third photo has been wiped off. I bought this after being recommended that it was particularly easy to use among domestic Pilates machines. I'm selling it because I purchased a different manufacturer's C4 reformer, but I was reminded of the luxurious feel and usability unique to ZAOBA, which was very good. There are no operational problems. I would be happy to pass it on to someone who understands that it is a used item and will take good care of it.
