I purchased this about 8 years ago and wore it once, after which it was stored at home. It's a glossy navy color, and I think it can be worn to weddings, parties, recitals, and other events. The ribbon belt at the waist and the ribbon with pearls can be attached and detached, so I think it's cute and can be worn in various styles. It comes with a petticoat to wear underneath. I am 152cm tall, and the length is around knee-length.
