These are Dr. Martens leather shoes. They're not the classic three-hole style, but a unique model from when Dr. Martens were used by the British Post Office. As you can see in the fourth photo, it says "royal mail" faintly, so they are from that era. I bought them at a used clothing store. The size is 6.1/2. They should fit someone who wears UK size 7 in the 3-hole style. Only those who understand that these are used items, please.
