This is a set of three colored papers being sold together. I found these while organizing, so I don't know the details. They were included with a work by the chief priest of Renge-ji Temple, so they may have been written by that person, but I can't say for sure. One has a picture of a frog, and the other, after some research, seems to have the waka poem "Tsukikage no Uta" (Moonlight Song) written on it, which was composed by Honen Shonin. I don't know about the other one. "Tsukikage no Itaranu Sato wa Nakaredo Nagamuru Hito no Kokoro ni zo Sumu" This "Tsukikage" poem is a waka poem composed by Honen Shonin and is known as the Jodo Shu sect song. It uses the light of the moon to explain that the merciful light of Amida Buddha shines upon all people. There doesn't seem to be any noticeable dirt or stains, but they are items that have been stored for a long time, so there may be some deterioration over time (such as stains). Please check the condition in the photos.
