I used this for my child's commute to and from nursery school for about 2 years. The stitching on the zipper attachment has come undone, and the zipper has come off. I don't know how to fix it, so I'm looking for someone who understands this condition and can make use of it. Also, there are marks left on the inside of the backpack where I had placed a name sticker. Please be aware of that as well.
