I opened it after purchase, but it has been stored at home since then. There are some minor scratches from storage. Operation has been confirmed. I don't know the lifespan, but I will ship it with the batteries in it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a new item, as there are scratches. The items in the images are all that are included.
