I received this from a specialist orthodontist when I was going to use rubber bands with my Invisalign. I didn't end up needing to use it, so this is new and unused. It seems you hook the rubber bands onto the upper jaw hook, which looks like an alligator. Thank you. Size: 5.5 x 1.5 cm
