Used only once. It has been stored for a long time. I have confirmed that it works if you put in batteries. Batteries are not included. It was placed directly in the box, and I don't know if there was a storage bag or anything (^_^;) The front side of the box is slightly crushed. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
