The winning bidder shall bear the costs of restoration due to cancellation, and other similar expenses. When pursuing the seller's responsibility, the winning bidder is responsible for proving any claims and must provide evidence to a degree that leaves no room for reasonable doubt. The winning bidder shall bear all responsibility for any problems unique to transactions between the parties, regardless of the location of the responsibility. In the event that any financial transactions, such as refunds, are required due to circumstances arising from this contract, such transactions shall be made between accounts of Japan Post Bank, regardless of whether the seller is at fault. If, for any reason, the winning bidder needs to ship an item to the seller, the seller shall select the shipping method, regardless of whether the seller is at fault for the circumstances that led to the need for shipping.
