I purchased it new in 2018 and have used it almost every day. In 2022, some parts were replaced due to a malfunction of the brush (see photo 18). The exterior shows some scratches from use. Also, the battery is thought to have deteriorated from years of use, and after running for about 30 minutes, it returns to the charging station with a message saying "Battery is low." It can be used without problems while the battery lasts, but it is considered a junk item. One of the two rotating brushes on the front is twisted as shown in photo 12. I'm not sure if the cleaning power has decreased. Please consider various aspects and understand that this is a used item that has been used for many years before purchasing. Everything shown in the photos is included, except for the repair report in photo 18 (main unit, charging station, remote control, instruction manual, box).
