Matured in American oak barrels using spirit distilled in Loch Lomond Distillery's unique straight-neck pot stills and traditional swan-neck pot stills. Finished in Spanish Rioja wine casks selected by Master Blender Michael Henry. Bottled without chill-filtration to maximize the rich flavors developed during cask maturation. The aroma features floral roses, the scent of peaches and pears. The taste offers the fruitiness of raspberries and peaches, the sweetness of mellow vanilla, the bitterness of dark chocolate, and a soft, smoky finish.
