These navy formal pants were given to me almost 20 years ago. They have been stored long-term after dry cleaning. The elastic in the waist has deteriorated and is no longer functional, so we recommend replacing it or using a belt or suspenders. The zipper has been tested and works, but the pull tab is stained. Due to the above condition, the price has been reduced. Please understand the condition.
