I love Kyudo (Japanese archery) and I make Kyudo-inspired accessories as a hobby. I've altered a kimono for Kyudo use, shortening the length and adding slits. Features five family crests. The kimono is black. (Based on experience) The slit area tends to fray easily, so I've reinforced the stitching. ● Kimono Size: Length: Approximately 95cm Sleeve-to-sleeve length: Approximately 66cm Sleeve length: Approximately 49cm (easy to manage for Tasuki work) Slit: Approximately 35cm ● Small hole/damage on the inside collar ● Synthetic fiber ● New with the basting stitches still in place. ● Black color. ● Although the alterations are on unseen parts, I've made an effort to use thread that matches the fabric color as closely as possible. ● No snap buttons or similar closures on the collar. ● The alterations are done by a novice using a sewing machine or by hand. There may be some imperfections.
