I love big beads!! Sourcing a large citrine with a middle-rank transparency - 19mm is huge. My wrist floats up and I can't write well when I wear it on my dominant hand. But the big beads are cute ·͜·ᰔᩚ Okay for display, okay to wear!! Maybe it's good to wear it only when sleeping, which is usually for display d(≧▽≦*) If it were me, I'd wear it on whichever wrist I want, without worrying too much about the size.
