This is a lens hood for the Leica Summicron 50mm lens, made by Squarehood and produced by photographer Thomas Mansell, who lives in Stockholm. It is a very high-precision product. Please see the official page for details. One lens cap is usually included, but I will also include a spare one as a bonus. This item is not available in Japan, so I purchased it from the home country. If you are looking for one, please consider this.
