After using this mouthpiece for about a month in rehearsals and ensemble settings, I've decided to sell it after comparing it with other mouthpieces. I cleaned it with a cleaner and wiped it with a microfiber cloth after each use, so it's in good condition with only minor scratches on the shank. (The outer box has some damage.)
