Purchased from Bebe! It's labeled as size L, and my child used it around the age of one. The back is elastic, so it can fit flexibly to some extent. It has a chin strap, so you don't have to worry about it being blown away by the wind. There are no stains or dirt, but please understand that it has been stored at home!
