Extremely rare, thick-bodied pencil 167 This 167 is the most distinguished pencil from Montblanc, and is the mechanical pencil version of the flagship fountain pen, the 146. Featuring a weighty body and a genuine twist mechanism, it seems to be scarce even in the used market, and I have fond memories of the effort it took to acquire it. With the characteristic smooth feel of precious resin and a solid weight, the balance between the thick barrel and the lead allows for a highly satisfying writing experience.
