This is a plate I purchased from a vintage shop. I think it can be used for various purposes, such as a small item holder or for floating flowers. The white aurora color is very lovely. The wavy design also resembles a shell ☆ The bottom is part of the original design to make it level. I don't think it's peeling. There are a few scratches on the bottom if you look closely (see image).
