I purchased this about 5 years ago. As it requires cleaning for care, there are some stains, such as on the inside back of the collar (see photo 4). I don't think it affects the outer fabric, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The inner camisole is something I paired it with, and it's not expensive, but you can have it if you'd like. I think it can be worn loosely.
