This is a figure of Mash, an enemy character from Rockman (Mega Man). There are no noticeable scratches, but it is quite old, so there may be some age-related deterioration. There is no stickiness. It will be disassembled and placed in a sealed bag, then put in an envelope. Bubble wrap will not be included. May 8, 2023 Retro
