The size is UK4. The guideline is around 23.5 to 24 cm. I bought these as a second pair of shoes. They are soft and very comfortable to wear. The sole is in good condition, so it will be a while before they need resoling. I purchased them at a climbing shop for around 30,000 yen and used them at the gym with socks. There is no noticeable damage, but please understand that they are used items. The velcro straps have not been cut at all, so you can adjust them to your preference.
