Thank you for your interest in my many products. The length can be adjusted in two steps. When wearing, the shoulder straps tend to fall down, so I have hand-sewn elastic to the back. Please check the fourth photo. If you don't need it, please let me know in the comments when you purchase, and I will remove it before sending. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a USED item. I take the utmost care, but please refrain from purchasing if you are nervous about items stored at home. (I do not have any pets.)
