This is a float designed by the angler Minoru Matsuda. It's very popular for offshore fishing using the "fukase" technique, thanks to its high stability from the two-stage pipe structure, a design that aims for zero remaining buoyancy, and a special paint that blends well with the current. Of course, it can be used without issue for other fishing methods as well. Although unused, there are a few minor scratches (please see the photos for details). It can be used without any problems.
