The standard version features him wearing the Tennessee Titans home jersey/blue jersey and helmet (see attached photos), but this item is a very rare version (Chase Variant) without a helmet. Although it is an unopened item, the package's clamshell has yellowing due to being almost 25 years old. There are not many dents in the clamshell, but there are some scratches.
