Purchased new. All accessories are included. There's a spot where the sticker is slightly peeled. I'll also include the separately sold Princess Sofa set. However, one small item is missing, and there are stains on the sofa. I think it's in relatively good condition, but since my child played with it and put stickers on it, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. For shipping, I will basically use recycled materials. If I don't have a suitable box, I will wrap the outer box in bubble wrap for shipping.
