From what I can see, there's quite a bit of yellowing and staining. The book itself isn't torn, but the cover where the barcode is has a tear (see image 3). Overall, the condition isn't great, but it should be fine for reading. This book was published in 1992 (4th printing) and has about 110 pages. It will be shipped via Nekopos.
