This is a clothesline bracket that was attached to the balcony, completed in July 2023. It was removed from the balcony in August 2023 and stored indoors because it was difficult to hang futons. Some caulking material is attached. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. Please confirm the installation method yourself. The photo shows the base (?) secured with masking tape, but it will be on the opposite side during installation. Screws are included. It will be shipped via Eco-Mercari. The packaging will likely be wrapped in vinyl and then wrapped in cardboard.
