Thank you for viewing. This is a completed 1/48 scale Tamiya model of the "Mustang III". It's a "straight build," meaning no additional modifications were made to reproduce the details. Instead, I put a lot of effort into the painting. I used various techniques for color fading, weathering, and surface finishing, combining several types of paints to create depth. I've been enjoying airplane model kits for many years, but I'm running out of display space, so I plan to list more models from time to time. These are my prized creations, but they are, of course, the work of an amateur hobbyist. Please examine the photos and purchase only if you are satisfied with them.
