This is the MAXWIN digital mirror MR-A001. Operation has been confirmed. There are scratches on the areas circled in red in the image, but I don't think they are very noticeable. It's a replacement type for the original mirror, so it doesn't look like an aftermarket add-on. I believe some of the wiring covers are missing. I didn't mind the lack of wiring covers.
