Earrings. I'm not sure if they're natural stones, but they're large and have a striking presence, making them lovely earrings. They seem like they would be great for parties and other events. The box is not included. The color in the sixth photo is the closest to the actual item. They sparkle and are beautiful, but they are old, so there are some fine scratches if you look closely, which is why I've marked them as having some scratches and dirt.
