The waist size is adjustable with elastic. They are size 90, but in my opinion, Baby Gap items tend to run a bit large. The photos are of my child at about 2 years and 3 months old (he's now 2 years and 5 months old), but he's very big for his age. People always think he's 3 years old (or older).
