This is the third-generation silver EQ, which underwent a minor change in 2017, featuring blue and black accents. I used it for creating CHUG and Djent-style sounds. I used to use a B●SS 7-band EQ, but it had a lot of noise, which was a problem. Then I found this MXR. The noise reduction of this pedal really helped in my setup.
