My child wore these for playing in the snow. They are fleece-lined and warm. The color is black. The waist is fully elastic. The elastic waist has a slightly folded part. There are pockets. The cuffs are ribbed. There's a bit of a scuff on the knees, but it doesn't look like it's about to tear. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items that have been stored at home.
